4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence in handling login details.

All files and records uploaded to the dashboard are encrypted and stored securely.
Access logs are maintained to track login activity.
Clients may request deletion of dashboard data, subject to statutory retention requirements.
